Why YOU Should Train MORE Without Shoes...

👉 From the time we are little, until now, we are conditioned by companies to wear shoes.

👌Shoes can have massive benefits, aside from just protecting your feet, they can make you run faster, improve ankle mobility limiters, and jump higher, but they can also reduce your body's ability to sense location and movement (Proprioception)

🏋️‍♂️ During components like lifting, gymnastics, and some workouts, I'd implore you (WITHIN YOUR GYM'S GUIDELINES) to train shoeless. 🏃‍♂️ During things like barefoot running and squatting, we can develop better stability through our feet, by gripping the ground with our little, big toes and heel!

🟢Squatting on an unstable surface like a squishy mat can also help increase the difficulty of being balanced, which in terms improves stability, especially for people who have Knee Valgus (Caving) 📲 Add these concepts into your training routine, and watch your squatting stability improve!
