The WORST Workout In CrossFit (It Took Me 2 Years To Complete This SERIES!)

CrossFit has changed millions of fitness avocates lives for the better. Pushing them to be more active, conscious of what they are eating, how much sleep they require & the ability to live life, more functionally

However, from time to time, there are CrossFit workouts that are released that are just plain cruel. I believe that these workouts are a form of torture, and I've gone out of my way to compile & perform the 5 WORST WORKOUTS In CrossFit.
Number 5: 'CHAD'

1000 Box Step-ups @20"
M: 45lb Ruck Sack
F: 35lb Ruck Sack
(The workout is called Chad — it was named after Chad Wilkinson, a friend of Castro's and a 22-year active duty SEAL stationed in Virginia Beach, who took his own life on October 29th.)
Chad is brutal. This is a workout where strategy is essentially non-existent. It's just hard work & you are required to 'Pay The Man'

Death Race is a simple workout. Go as hard as possible, hold on for as long as you can, and...Try not die?!

The Wheel is an EXTREMELY high-skilled CrossFit workout. Most of these movements are NOT conventional, so be prepared to 'work it out' on the fly.

Acid Bath is exactly what the title describes it to be, an all-out assault on your legs, which will fill them with lactic 'Acid'

10 Bar Facing Burpees

20.1 is a very aggressive couplet of ground to overhead & bar facing burpees.
You need to go unbroken on the barbell to complete this!
