🟣 Strict Press

- Arms Only

- Squeeze the quads so the legs don’t get involved


🔴 Push Press

- Legs enabled

- Keep the feet glued to the floor to stop double dipping


🔵 Push Jerk

- Legs Enabled

- 2 Dips, One from the rack position, the other as the bar is traveling up

- Double Dip Allowed

- Think; Hips Back, as the bar is rising
