๐Ÿ‘‰ Do you struggle with good posture/positioning?

๐Ÿ‹ I use "Squeeze The Lemons" to help set my lats in the correct position and take slack off the bar, without dropping my hips too low

This can be a great technique for lifters who struggle to get into an adequate position to be able to take up tension on the bar during a deadlift.

Use this cue next time your class or mate has deadlifts, and watch their backs go flat, like a dinner table!
