- Can be subbed out for Yopro or Chobani protein yogurts
🔵 20-50g Nut Butter
- Can be any variation of nut butter, I choose 100% Peanut Butter
🟣 50g Frozen Fruit
- Berries, Mango, Banana
- Can be fresh fruit!
Additionally, to make this even more impressive, you can add the following;
🍯 10g Honey
🍇 10g Passionfruit
🥛 30g Protein Powder
And it will just add to the simplicity of this meal prep!
