3 Ingredients;

๐ŸŸก 150-250g Natural Greek Yoghurt

- Can be subbed out for Yopro or Chobani protein yogurts

๐Ÿ”ต 20-50g Nut Butter

- Can be any variation of nut butter, I choose 100% Peanut Butter

๐ŸŸฃ 50g Frozen Fruit

- Berries, Mango, Banana

- Can be fresh fruit!

๐Ÿ‘ŒUnder 500 Calories (468c)

Additionally, to make this even more impressive, you can add the following;

๐Ÿฏ 10g Honey

๐Ÿ‡ 10g Passionfruit

๐Ÿฅ› 30g Protein Powder

And it will just add to the simplicity of this meal prep!
