Rogue 1250lb Challenge


I just did the Rogue 1250lb Challenge


👉 Bit of a backstory

- In November 2022 I attempted the Rogue 1000lb Challenge

I hit;

- 143kg Bench ❌ (Wasn't Pause) - 206kg Squat ✅

- 220kg Deadlift ✅ For a total of 1254lb, but with the invalidation of my bench press, my total dropped to 939lb


🏋️‍♂️ Decided to put in some work, and with my training partner @tamara.annalease I set out to use the 1250lb challenge as a starting point for a much larger goal


This time around, I followed the rules like a good boy, and here are my lifts; - 130kg Bench ✅ - 207.5kg Squat (1.5kg PR) ✅ - 235kg Deadlift (10kg PR) ✅ With a post-competition PR deadlift attempt at 240kg (Successful)

Bringing my total to 1262lb


@tamara.annalease was aiming for the 750lb title, which she hit;

- 80kg Bench ✅ (5kg PR) with a 82.5kg Bench PR hit, but not as a pause

- 116kg Squat ✅ (1kg PR)

- 145kg Deadlift ✅ (10kg PR)


For the last 12 weeks, I've been simply following my 12 Week power building program with some decent success. Going to use these results to get back into the next cycle of training with some bigger lifts to come
