๐Ÿ’€ So why do we compare ourselves to people who aren't us?


๐Ÿ‘Œ We live in a day and age where we have access to the most genetically gifted people in the world, just by logging in to Instagram


๐Ÿ˜’ But if we remove the internet, you probably wouldn't come across the Rich Fronings, the Ian Thorpes, The Tia Clair Toomey's in an entire lifetime


๐Ÿ‘‰ Comparing yourself to someone who isn't even the same build, or age, has the same lifestyle restrictions or physical conditions is crazy, right?





๐Ÿคฃ Yet many people try to compare themselves to their fitness idols, who have nothing physically or mentally in common with them.


๐Ÿ“ฒ Find someone who matches your body composition, age, gender, height, weight, and goals with which you generally agree and with, who you can be influenced, because these people are far more comparable than the David and Goliath scenario
