"Move Day" Monday

3 Things To set you up for success;

  1. Something to motivate you

“So do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.”― J.R.R Tolkien

Remember, even though many people are going back to day 1, each day is a gift, regardless of whether it’s Monday or Friday afternoon, we need to treat each day as an opportunity to develop ourselves.

  1. Something to inspire you

Mal O'Brien is a 17 yr old CrossFit athlete, who made her CrossFit games debut after a thrilling performance at the granite games. Even though being the youngest female athlete on the field, she was able to compete against the best in the sport of CrossFit, clinching the 7th place overall finish at the CrossFit games.

What was more impressive about O’Brien was her performance in event 4, where she not only won the event but beat the reigning fittest woman on earth Tia Toomey on the live stage.

Lesson: Don’t set limitations on what you can achieve, if you can imagine it, you can achieve it.

  1. Something you can do

Ever wanted more out of life? Ever wanted something more in line with your current aspirations?!

Do you want to be a CrossFit coach? Or maybe a professional athlete?

Do you want to start your own business or YouTube channel?

Actions will always speak louder than words, if you want to do something different from what you are currently doing, be that person.

Start saying to yourself;

“I’m the type of person that…”

In my case: “I’m the type of person that helps people achieve their goals”

In your case?!
