Focus Less On What You Can't Control, And More On What You CAN


There are things you can CONTROL and things that you can INFLUENCE in life


๐Ÿ˜’ The number of things you can truly control would shock you.


โ›ˆ๏ธ You can't control the weather

๐Ÿš™ You can't foresee traffic conditions worsening on your way home

๐Ÿคข You don't always know when you are getting sick

๐Ÿคฌ You can't control people's reactions toward you


But what you can control is;

๐Ÿคฏ Your thoughts

๐ŸŽญ Your Actions

๐Ÿค Your Reactions


To situations.


๐ŸŸฃ If we look at fitness, you might get sick ๐Ÿคข on Monday, and the next few days will be absent from training


๐Ÿ‘‰ That doesn't mean you just throw everything out the window, laze around on the couch and smash some Cheetos and Coke


๐Ÿฅ• This means you should double down on your nutrition

๐Ÿ˜ด Try to sleep an extra hour

๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธ Go for a walk, or read a book


๐Ÿ“ฑ You might not be able to control all the variables, but there's plenty that you can, focus on the ones within your control, and stop worrying about everything outside it
