Focus Less On What You Can't Control, And More On What You CAN

There are things you can CONTROL and things that you can INFLUENCE in life
😒 The number of things you can truly control would shock you.
⛈️ You can't control the weather
🚙 You can't foresee traffic conditions worsening on your way home
🤢 You don't always know when you are getting sick
🤬 You can't control people's reactions toward you
But what you can control is;
🤯 Your thoughts
🎭 Your Actions
🤐 Your Reactions
To situations.
🟣 If we look at fitness, you might get sick 🤢 on Monday, and the next few days will be absent from training
👉 That doesn't mean you just throw everything out the window, laze around on the couch and smash some Cheetos and Coke
🥕 This means you should double down on your nutrition
😴 Try to sleep an extra hour
🚶♂️ Go for a walk, or read a book
📱 You might not be able to control all the variables, but there's plenty that you can, focus on the ones within your control, and stop worrying about everything outside it
